Holding Period

Precious metals should be viewed as long-term investments. Customers should be prepared to hold assets for at least 5 to 10 years and should not invest capital that cannot be committed for that duration. Honorable Gold Group does not guarantee profits, even with long-term holdings.

even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Retirement Accounts (IRAs)

While we work to comply with federal IRA regulations, we are not responsible for tax consequences arising from holding metals in retirement accounts. Customers are strongly encouraged to consult with a qualified tax advisor.

 

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Metals may not be returned or exchanged unless explicitly stated in the Honorable Gold Group Transaction Agreement. If you believe your order is incorrect or damaged, notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery. All items must remain in their original, sealed packaging for eligibility.

We guarantee the authenticity and precious metals content of all products sold. However:

• No other express warranties are offered

• Grading and product descriptions are based on industry standards and subjective opinions

• Grading services (e.g., PCGS, NGC, ANACS) may offer opinions that could vary over time
